Meet Regis and Mark

The founder’s of Nature’s Hangout. With a passion for great outdoor adventures and a keen sense of innovation, these two entrepreneurs started Nature’s Hangout in the summer of 2015 in the East Mountains of Albuquerque, New Mexico. When you take two avid outdoor enthusiasts with entrepreneurial spirits and have them create a product that caters to outdoor adventurists, you know you’re in for something unique, high quality, and necessary.

 

 

It all started back in Utah, Arizona, Colorado and California,

Where Regis grew up experiencing the great outdoors with his family. Camping was second nature to Regis, as his father worked for the Forest Service and often took the family camping and hiking all throughout the West Coast mountains.

 

Nature’s Hangout has become a way for Regis to honor some of those great outdoor adventures he had growing up with his dad. Many years ago, Mark moved his young family to the East Mountains of Albuquerque where outdoor life amongst towering pines is the norm every day. However, when it came down to it, they both found that while camping and hiking, there was something missing – and that something was a Nature’s Hangout hammock.

 

 

Their goal is to offer one of the highest quality products at an affordable price to consumers.

They take pride in their attention to every detail of the product and affordability, while maintaining reliability and safety for both consumers and the trees. Regis and Mark see themselves as a part of the outdoor adventurists community and laid-back hammockers.

They are not a big box store, but a small (mostly) family run business. Each email is read by member of the Nature’s Hangout team and every question, concern, problem or complaint is taken care of to ensure the best quality customer care.

When Regis and Mark aren’t chilling out on a hammock, they are spending time with their families. Mark has 6 children and 15 grandchildren, and Regis has 3 children (with a fourth on the way).
